By downloading, installing, or using Wake & Earn ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Wake & Earn is a screen time management and alarm application that lets users earn screen time by completing productive tasks such as solving math problems, reading, walking, and exercising.
The App uses Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks to manage app access on your device.Wake & Earn requires a paid subscription to use. The following auto-renewable subscription plans are available:
Wake & Earn Pro Monthly: $4.99 per month, billed monthly.
Wake & Earn Pro Yearly: $29.99 per year, billed annually. Includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period if applicable. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The yearly subscription plan includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin, and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. The App requires Screen Time authorization to function. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your device's Settings. You must be at least 17 years of age to use this App.
The App accesses Apple HealthKit to read step count data for the purpose of converting physical activity into earned screen time. This data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to any external servers.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Alex Behling and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Screen time management features depend on Apple's Screen Time framework and may be affected by system updates or device settings.
In no event shall Wake & Earn or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York.
